Paul Dalton is the owner of SAEDA Natural Wellness Shop and a lifelong learner with a deep interest in nutraceuticals and supplementation. What began as a personal curiosity turned into a full-time career, fueled by a drive to understand how natural supplements can support real, lasting health.

In his spare time, Paul is often tuned into clinical conferences and research updates, always eager to stay on top of the latest developments in nutritional science. His goal is to make high-quality, research-backed supplements more accessible and affordable for his community.

At SAEDA, Paul carefully curates the products on the shelves—prioritizing transparency, science, and efficacy. He’s always happy to chat with customers, share what he’s learning, and introduce them to the newest, cutting-edge products in the industry—helping to provide them with the tools to be able to help themselves.

To further aid in his community accessing quality natural healthcare, he facilitated the opening of the Fergus Naturopathic Clinic by creating a beautiful clinical space separate from his store - the Fergus Naturopathic Clinic is now located at the back of SAEDA and is run and operated by Dr. Samantha Sapi, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.
