In his early teenage years Paul struggled with many health issues and was frequently overlooked by the health care providers in his life. Consistently misdiagnosed and prescribed unhelpful medications that frequently made him feel worse, he only found relief and healing through natural health care. In particular herbal medicine. This spurred him to create a space where he could share this amazing form of care as well as his knowledge with others. Through nearly 2 decades of studying botanicals they have become his go to for living a healthy and happy life and he believes that to have a healthy home, you MUST have a fully stocked spice cabinet and tea drawer. 

Paul keeps up to date on all of the new and upcoming trends in the health and wellness world. It’s why he was so determined to open a Natural Wellness Shop as a way to support his community of Centre Wellington. He wanted to bring natural health options and the healing benefits of herbs to his friends and family and help everyone access this life changing and affordable form of alternative and empowering care. To further aid in his community accessing quality natural healthcare, he facilitated the opening of the Fergus Naturopathic Clinic by creating a beautiful clinical space separate from his store - the Fergus Naturopathic Clinic is now located at the back of SAEDA and is run and operated by Dr. Samantha Sapi, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.
