    Kara has a passion for helping people realize the potential that lies within themselves to ignite change and within their physical body to self-regulate, self-heal and achieve balance. With over 15 years experience in the wellness industry as a wellness consultant, fitness trainer, Kinesiologist and osteopathic manual practitioner; Kara helps clients achieve optimal wellness through manual osteopathy techniques. She believes in the importance of empowering patients with techniques for pain prevention and maintenance of proper alignment following appointments.

    Kara specializes in:

    - Osteopathy for pain management, rehabilitation and prevention. Some of the most common issues she treats include: headache, overuse/accident/athletic injuries, sciatica, TMJ pain, sacral/hip pain, neck/shoulder/back pain.

    - Osteopathy for women at every life stage, and more specifically pre and postnatal wellness.

    - Osteopathy for infants for common issues such as: tongue tie, feeding/latching difficulties, colic, constipation, reflux/regurgitation, torticollis, head shape (plagiocephaly/brachycephaly), limited neck mobility, general discomfort, sleep issues, fussiness.
