SAEDA is all about natural wellness and Paul believes that botanicals are at the root (no pun intended…) of that! We have a huge selection of organic, high quality botanicals sourced from local Ontario and Quebec herb farms. There are single and blended teas available.

Tinctures are available as well if you would like to ramp up the potency of your herbs. While teas will help gently support you, tinctures are heavy hitters. We have excellent tinctures available for the most popular herbs to help with all manners of concerns: digestive, menstrual, mental health, sleep support, menopause support, oral health, infections, and more! St. Francis is our main supplier and their Canadian herb farm is of excellent quality.
